Henry Paine is like the Eugene Atget of Stockton, California, for his artful documentation of the city where he lives and repairs cameras. He is also a master printer and his works, in addition to architecture, include landscapes, plants, abstracts, and industrial sites.
Gene Kennedy is recognized nationally for his photography of the evolving California landscape. He is known regionally as a photographer, teacher, gallery administrator, and director of the popular Gladding McBean Photography Workshops.
